Standard Delivery - £3.95

2-4 working days via Royal Mail

- Delivery costs are fixed regardless of size or value (with the exception of ballgowns/dresses over a certain value - see below).

- You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

- If you are not there to take delivery for your parcel a calling card will be left.

- A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day or in some instances the 2 days from the next working day.

If your order is late please email customerservices@lovemagenta.com with your name and order number for us to deal with your query as quickly as possible.


Ballgown/Dresses Special Delivery - £8.95

2-4 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery

- Dresses over the price of £100 are delivered under a special delivery system to cover the cost of both insuring the item and safely packaging the delicate fabrics.

- You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

- If you are not there to take delivery for your parcel a calling card will be left.

- A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Delivery is not possible on Sunday or Bank Holidays. In this instance your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day or in some instances the 2 days from the next working day.

Collect in store only - FREE

Some of our dresses are only available to collect in store at Magenta, The Waterfront, Eastbourne, East Sussex.

We will send you an email to let you know when your item is available to collect, this is usually one working day from when the order was placed.

In the event that your order contains more than one item, all items in this order will be held in store for you to collect.

Please bring a print out of your receipt to and some identification to collect your order.
