- Returns
- You can return any item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
- Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.
- If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund.
- However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
- We will not refund postage to you on non-faulty items.
- Exchanges
- You can return any item to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- To return your unwanted item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your exchange.
- However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
- Exchanges will be subject to an additional delivery charge, equal to the amount originally charged for the item.
- How to Return an Item
- 1. Email customerservices@lovemagenta.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Please specify if you would like a refund or and exchange.
- 2. When we have approved the return you will be sent a returns number.
- 3. Place the item in its original packaging and send to the below address. In this package please include your original email to us stating your name, order number, reason for return and action required upon return, as well as your confirmation returns number.
- 4. Once we have received your item and approved its condition we will issue your refund (via the method originally used to purchase the item) or exchange.
- Failure to comply with this process may result in a delay in processing your return.
- UK Distance Selling Regulations
- Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing (address is detailed below).
- If you have already received the items, they must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging in accordance with our stated returns process.
- In order to cancel your contract, you must return all the products in the order. You must take reasonable care of the products you wish to cancel. You must not use or wear them.
- Refunds
- If you cancel the contract under the DSR 7 day Cooling Off period, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including a full refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
- Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. Any products returned outside of the 7 day Cooling Off Period and that are not faulty will not be eligible for a refund of the delivery charge.
- In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will as you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
