Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Deutsche Telekom AG, 53113 Bonn, Germany.

The sole contact and responsible party is Deutsche Telekom AG (service@lovemagenta.com).

The contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by these platforms.

2. Participation period

The contest begins on October 9, 2025, and ends on December 12, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Entries received after this time cannot be considered.

3. Conditions of participation

  • All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
  • To enter, participants must like the contest post on Instagram and upload a photo of themselves wearing the MAGENTA WONDERLAND sweater. Alternativ kann der Beitrag an gewinnspiel@lovemagenta.com gesendet werden
  • Multiple entries per person are not permitted.
  • By uploading or submitting the entry, the participant warrants that they own all rights to the photo and that no third-party rights are infringed.

4. Prize and winner selection

  • The following prizes will be raffled off among all valid entries:
    • 3× EB Backpack by Aevor
    • 6x uvex bicycle helmet
    • 10x bundle of espadrilles and notebook
    • 10x bundle of basic shirt and scrunchy
    • 15× Wrist Bracelet
  • The winners will be notified via Instagram message or email within two weeks of the end of the contest.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be raffled again.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5. Shipping and cash payment

  • The prize will be shipped free of charge within Germany.
  • Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.
  • Shipping is at the recipient’s risk.

6. Data protection

  • Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest and will be deleted no later than 30 days after the prizes have been shipped.

7. Disclaimer

  • The organizer is not liable for technical problems beyond its control that prevent participation in the competition.
  • Likewise, no liability is accepted for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries.
