In your account under Orders you will find the option to register a return. Please mark the items you wish to return, indicating the quantity. As soon as your return request has been processed, you will receive a return label by email and can return your shipment free of charge.

Please note that a return request can only be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please put the items back in the packaging. Please be sure to enclose the delivery bill or a copy of the delivery bill or invoice with the package.
