Description
Sometimes we feel strong, confident, and full of optimism—and sometimes we feel doubtful, tired, or overwhelmed. And that’s perfectly okay. The OK NOT TO BE OK SWEATER, developed in collaboration with the Wellbeing, Health & Safety department, reminds us that all thoughts and feelings have a place.
The design on the back shows two different heads, symbolizing that it is part of being human to carry all these sides within ourselves. What really matters is how we deal with these feelings: with honesty, compassion, and openness. Confiding in someone and talking about what’s on our minds can be the first step toward healing and connection. Because mental health doesn’t mean always being positive, but dealing honestly with our own feelings and thoughts.
Wear this sweater as a symbol of acceptance, courage, and mindfulness, for yourself and for the people around you.
