Global Brand Concepts is responsible for order handling, logistics, and shipping.

Your order will be shipped via a parcel delivery service.

Invoice

After your order has been shipped, the invoice will automatically be sent to you via email from:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Returns & Complaints

Returns and complaints can be processed easily online.

How to start a return:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Love Magenta website
2. Click on “Learn more” under “Easy Exchange”
   or start the process directly from your customer account
3. In the popup window, select “Start Return”
4. Enter your customer order number and ZIP/postal code
5. Select the item you would like to return and choose a reason for the return
6. Enter your first name, last name, and email address
7. Submit your request by clicking “Request Return”

After submitting the request, you will automatically receive your return label via email.
