  4. Enter your customer order number and ZIP/postal code
  5. Select the item you would like to return and choose a reason for the return
  6. Enter your first name, last name, and email address
  7. Submit your request by clicking “Request Return”

After submitting the request, you will automatically receive your return label via email.

In Deinem Konto unter Retouren findest Du die Möglichkeit, eine Rücksendung anzumelden. Sobald Dein Rücksendeantrag bearbeitet wurde, erhältst Du ein Retourenlabel per Mail und kannst Deine Sendung kostenfrei zurückschicken.
